As the large Baby Boomer population matures, retirement communities are on the rise, many of which offer apartments, cottages, golf courses, coffee shops, and often, full service restaurants. These are comfortable, self-contained facilities, with a broad range of styles, and very particular requirements. This is a "captive audience", one with specialized needs and preferences, which I understand.

My related experience in this field includes food preparation, proper nutrition, personal service, cafeteria service and full service restaurants. I have successfully trained the staff of several dining rooms in fine retirement communities.
