In today's fast-paced world, there is a genuine need for restaurants that offer speed and efficiency. This can include family diners, sandwich shops, and lunch rooms, which require brisk service and quick turnover of guests. Rhythm and timing are essential, from the front of the house to the back. Casual should never be confused with careless.

During my time at a national food chain, I received intensive training in beverage service, the use of large and small trays and all aspects of table and booth service for small, medium, and very large parties of diners. I am thoroughly familiar with the kind of service that this type of restaurant requires to increase efficiency.
