The pace of the full service restaurant is somewhat leisurely, involving several courses, often accompanied by wines, in a more formal ambiance.

I was able to practice and perfect the appropriate skills in my family's fine-dining establishment, and I began my wait staff training career while overseeing the dining room during those years.
